Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Palmool application ("App") or website at Palmool.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of Palmool, including free and paid subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Service

Palmool is an AI-powered storytelling platform. The Service lets you clone your voice, create personalized stories starring your child, listen to them narrated in your voice, and play along with games and rewards. Stories, child profiles, photos and cloned voices are stored in your account so you can reuse them.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account. Children must not create accounts. Child profiles are managed by the adult account holder, who is responsible for all activity under the account and for keeping their login details secure.

Subscriptions & Billing

Palmool offers both a free tier and premium subscription plans ("Pro"). The following terms apply to paid subscriptions:

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store. Palmool does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please visit your respective store's support page.

Voice Cloning and Consent

Voice cloning is a powerful feature that must be used responsibly. By using it, you confirm and agree that:

• You will only clone your own voice, or the voice of a person who has given you clear and informed permission to do so.
• You will not clone the voice of a minor, a public figure or any other person without the legally required consent.
• You will not use a cloned voice to impersonate, deceive, harass or defraud anyone, or to create misleading content.
• Cloned voices may only be used inside Palmool and may not be exported, shared or sold.
• You are responsible for obtaining and keeping any consent required by applicable law.

We may refuse, suspend or remove a cloned voice if we believe it was created without consent or is used in breach of these Terms.

Children's Photos and Information

You may add information and photos of your child to personalize stories. By doing so, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have the permission of the parent or legal guardian, and that you consent on the child's behalf to the storage and use of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Only upload photos of your own child, or of a child whose parent or guardian has agreed.
• Do not upload photos that are unlawful, sexual, violent, or that show other people without their permission.
• Photos are stored in our system, are visible only to you, and can be deleted by you at any time.

Generated Stories and Content

Stories, narration and images in Palmool are generated by artificial intelligence based on the details and choices you provide. You acknowledge that:

• Generated content is automatic and may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected or not suitable for every child. Please review stories before sharing them with your child.
• Generated stories are stored in your library and remain available until you delete them or close your account.
• You may not use Palmool to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexual, or that exploits or endangers children.
• Your voice recordings, your child's photos and your cloned voice are not used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Palmool only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access or extract content from the Service.
• Share, resell, or redistribute Palmool content or premium features without authorization.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits or trial periods.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The Palmool app, interface design, branding, games, characters, AI systems and story templates are owned by or licensed to Palmool and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You keep ownership of your voice recordings and photos. You grant Palmool a limited license to store and process them, and to create your cloned voice and stories, solely to operate the Service for you. Stories generated for your account may be used by you and your family for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute or sell Palmool content, or create derivative works from it, without written permission.

Data Storage and Deletion

Child photos, voice recordings, cloned voices and generated stories are stored in our system while your account is active. You can delete them individually in the App. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete this data within 7 days, except where we must keep it for legal or security reasons. Limitation of Liability

Palmool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Palmool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Palmool and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, children or the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate courts.

Apple Standard EULA

The Palmool iOS application is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence with respect to the iOS application.
